Leave Ashbourne on the B5035 towards Wirksworth and Matlock.

After 3 miles turn left in Kniveton village (opposite the church).

After 400 yards on a left hand bend turn right (opposite the caravan site).

After another 400 yards going up a hill New House Farm is on the right through a green gate.
